Refund policy

Return Policy — 30 Days
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility
Your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With tags

  • In original packaging

  • With receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email question@fingey.co.uk. We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Check your order upon delivery. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous or flammable items

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, contact us.

Exchanges
Return the original item first. Once approved, place a new order for the product you want.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off
EU customers can cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, email question@fingey.co.uk.
